EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN AND METHODS:
Tidal creeks are occupied for approximately 8-10 hours from the start of flood tide to the following low tide. A YSI sonde was deployed in the creek and logged data every 5 minutes during the creek occupations (this dataset), samples were taken for nutrients, suspended solids, and dissolved inorganic carbon (EST-RO-TC-LateralExchange-NUT.xls), and measurement of water-column conductivity, salinity, and dissolved oxygen (EST-RO-TC-LateralExchange-SONDE.xls) were taken.
On going collection of data.
Version 01: August 6, 2019, data and metadata updates to comply with importation to DEIMS7 and LTER Data Portal. Used MarcrosExportEML_HTML (working)pie_excel2007_Jun2019.xlsm 6/7/19 12:58 PM for QA/QC to EML 2.1.0.
Version 02: May 12, 2020, data and metadata updates to comply with importation to DEIMS7 and LTER Data Portal. Used MarcrosExportEML_HTML (working)pie_excel2007_Sep2019.xlsm 9/3/19 5:19 PM for QA/QC to EML 2.1.0. Data and metadata were updated by ERJ. Data from 2019 was added. Past years were reviewed for accuracy. Some past data was not "trimmed" to the tidal cycle and had extra hours or days of data that is irrelevant. This type of data was deleted from several days, and accounds for the decline in number of data records from Version 01.
