Methodology

Methods: 

Conductivity and water temperature were measured using a HOBO datalogger inside a perforated PVC pipe along the south bank of the stream channel.

Specific conductance was calculated using a conductivity assistant in the HOBOware software.

NOTES AND COMMENTS:
The datalogger failed December 5, 2014 and a replacement logger was not deployed until April 6, 2015.
