Year 2015, continuous measurements, every 15 minutes were made of conductivity, water temperature in the Ipswich River behind the head of tide Sylvania Dam in Ipswich, MA.
Conductivity and water temperature were measured using a HOBO datalogger suspended inside a perforated PVC attached to the south dam abutment
Specific conductance was calculated using a conductivity assistant in the HOBOware software.
NOTES AND COMMENTS:
The datalogger became detached from the dam abutment at an unknown date in fall of 2014 and continued to log until the internal storage became full in December 2014. A replacement datalogger was deployed in April of 2015.
