Conductivity and water temperature were measured using a HOBO datalogger suspended inside a perforated PVC pipe in the center of the stream channel. Specific conductance was calculated using a conductivity assistant in the HOBOware software. NOTES AND COMMENTS: Datalogger was deployed on Novermber 30, 2012 and collected data at an interval of 5 minutes. The sampling interval was changed to 15 minutes on December 20, 2012.
